Account & Data Deletion — Mazraa (English)

App: Mazraa · Developer: Aldur Holding Company, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

In-app (fastest): Open Mazraa → More → Settings → “Delete account and all data” → confirm twice. Everything is erased immediately from the device, and from the cloud if an account is linked.

By email: If you cannot access the app, email admin@aldurhc.com from your registered address. Deletion is completed within 30 days and confirmed by reply.

What is deleted: account and farm data, livestock and events, palm fields, inventory and movements, financial transactions, payments and receivables, workers and payroll, customers and suppliers, field reports and their photos, vaccination records, voice drafts, and audit logs.

Retention: nothing is retained after deletion except where required by applicable law, and only for the legally mandated period.

Before deleting: deletion is permanent. Export your records first via Settings → Export my data (CSV).
